Do you have what it takes to fly the F-4 Phantom?

The F-4 Phantom Society is offering a very rare opportunity to registered attendants at this year's PhanCon, a ride in a two seat Thunderbird F-4 simulator with a real F-4 Instructor riding as your crewmate! Experience the thrill of takeoff, acrobatics, and landings in the only fighter used by both the Air Force Thunderbirds AND the Navy Blue Angels!

Our Instructors are very experienced F-4 Phantom crew members and will be happy to answer your questions as you fly the simulator from the front seat.

Our two sims are ex US Air Force and Navy sims that have been brought back to life with help of modern electronics.
The instructors include,

Fred Sheffler
An F-4 pilot who was tested in combat, he used an AIM-7 to make a MiG-21 kill while flying an F-4E in Vietnam.

Bob Kay
He has flown the German F-4F and most models of the F-4 used by the US Air Force. He currently flies the QF-4 Phantom drones. He has also been featured on the History Channel.

Simulator Package #1

You will fly in the front seat of the F-4 Thunderbird simulator and one of our F-4 Phantom instructors will ride in the rear seat. Find out how real F-4 crew operate the F-4.

Simulator Package #2

If you prefer to have your friend ride in the rear seat with you rather than an instructor then this package is for you. Controls in the rear seat mean both crewmembers get time flying, or the friend can just go along for the ride!
